Pain Management Treatment
Physical Therapist Specialized Treatment – 1 hour includes examination and assessment with related review and treatment recommendations.
The goals of physical therapy are to improve your mobility (such as walking, going upstairs, or getting in and out of bed), to relieve your pain, and to restore your physical function and overall fitness.
Depending on your injury, disease, or condition, you may need to work on flexibility, strength, endurance, coordination, and/or balance.
Improvement in overall strength, flexibility, and endurance will help in pain management. An individualized plan, in collaboration with the physician, will be developed.
The cost of pain management treatment includes a one-hour consultation with. a specialist. Not included are diagnostic studies, consultations with additional specialists, and cost of complication management; travel, food, and lodging.
