Consultation with Specialty Physician practicing in Psychology – 1-hour examination and assessment with related review and recommendations.
There are a number of lifestyle factors that are known to impact your overall health and wellbeing: alcohol, exercise, sleep, smoking, and stress.
The cost includes a one-hour consultation with a specialist. Not included are diagnostic studies, consultations with additional specialists, and cost of complication management; travel, food, and lodging.
