Physical therapist specialized treatment – 1 hour of therapy that includes examination and assessment with related review and recommendations.
In conjunction with the attending physician, additional sessions may be recommended by the therapist.
The total cost includes a one-hour consultation with a specialist. Not included are diagnostic studies, consultations with additional specialists, and cost of complication management; travel, food, and lodging.
