Specialty Surgeon Complete Packaged Procedure for a Circumferential Vertebrae Fusion. The quality of the implants we use is a very important matter for us and through years of experience we have selected the most trustworthy and secure for our patients. We use only first class brands such as:

• Transpedicular implants: Legacy® by Medtronic, Spinal-Care® by Vita Care, Socore® by Biospine, WSI MX/PX-Titan® by Peter-Brehm Germany. These titanium implants have been approved to be used in the european community and are of the best quality available.
• Cervical disc prosthesis: Bryan® by Medtronic. Leader in cervical arthroplasty surgery
• Kyphoplasty system with balloon for vertebrae fractures: Kyphon® by Medtronic

Actually we use bone substitute to avoid problems of obtaining iliac crest graft of the own patient such as pain after the procedure:

Biostetic® by Vita Care, Ceraform®
DBM ® by Vita Care.

This surgery is similar to the previous one but includes an extra implant, an interbody fusion cage to asure even more the fusion between vertebrae and stability.

This sugery requires one day in ICU and 5-7 days of hospital stay and we recommend an additional stay at your hotel for 7 more days for a final visit at the hospital.

Includes a level implants, bone substitutes, transfusion if needed, corset thermoplastic surgical team (two surgeons column, Instrumentalist, anesthesiologist) one day admission to the ICU and 7 on the ground, right of surgery, preoperative MRI and RX if required, surgical instruments (image amplifier, electric knife …) and consumables, as well as monitoring until discharge, and preoperative visit before returning home.

This treatment package for a Circumferential Vertebrae Fusion cost includes the facility fee, physician’s fee, cost of drugs and any related medical procedures required to administer the plan of care. Not included are other diagnostic studies, consultations with additional specialists and cost of complication management; travel, food and lodging.
