Physical Therapy
Includes transportation to and from accommodations – 1 hour includes examination and assessment with related review and treatment recommendations for an individualized plan of care will be developed, in collaboration with the physician, based on the assessment and physician’s recommendations.
The cost includes a one-hour consultation with a specialist. Not included are diagnostic studies, consultations with additional specialists, and cost of complication management; travel, food, and lodging.
