IAD Procedure – Insemination with Donor Sperm. This Specialty Procedure can be added to a IVF – In Vitro Fertilization Treatment Plan or independently preformed. The IAD Treatment Plan includes: donor sperm, 5 to 8 ultrasound ovulation’s, day to day medical evaluation, 2 sperm preparations in the laboratory, 2 inseminations on consecutive days, insemination catheters, disposable speculas, the facility fee, physician’s fee and related medical procedures required to administer the plan of care. Not included are diagnostic studies, consultations with additional specialists and cost of complication management; travel, food and lodging.
