Cosmetic Dentistry Complete Packaged Procedure

Description

Cosmetic dentistry completes packaged procedure for 1 day dental implants.

Implants use titanium ‘fixtures’ placed in the bone and bonded (adhered) to replace missing teeth or to stabilize prosthetics (dentures). These are often used instead of bridges to help maintain the original tooth structure of the healthy teeth on either side of the missing tooth.

Titanium alloy – The material of choice All of A.B. Dental Devices’ implants are made of the titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V ELI, in accordance with ASTM F136-02. Titanium alloy has proven to be the ideal implant material for many reasons, perhaps the most important being its ability to integrate almost completely with the bone. In addition to being ‘bio-friendly’, it enjoys favorable mechanical qualities (strength, endurance) and can be precisely fabricated to ensure a range of implants that meet the requirements for optimizing stability in the widest range of patients.

Replacing lost teeth with permanent implants requires the following steps:

1. Doing X-rays and/or a CT in order to characterize whether the bone is soft or hard and how condensed the bone is.
2. Preparing a simulation (frequently on the computer) of, and planning, the restoration.
3. Depending on the characterization of the bone and the simulation, choosing a site for, and the type and dimensions of the implant(s) to be used.

A.B. Dental Devices’ implants are used for one-stage, two-stage, and one-piece implantation processes. The implants and abutments are made of titanium alloy. A.B. Dental Devices’ implants are delivered in sterile, sealed containers. They are supplied with the understanding that only A.B. Dental Devices’ surgical instruments, which complement each implant, will be used during surgery. If these conditions are not met, the manufacturer will refuse to accept responsibility.

A.B. Dental Devices’ implants are designed for prosthodontic reconstruction. They are to be inserted into areas of the maxillary or mandibular arch locations, for completely or partially tendentious patients. Patients must have adequate alveolar bone width to support the width and length of the implant (minimum 1 mm circumferential and 2 mm apical). Sufficient volume and quality of bone used for placement of the implant may be determined through adequate radiological data used by implant dentistry.

For use in the following cases: single tooth loss, free-end saddle replacement, total tooth loss, and stabilization of removable appliances. A thorough evaluation of the following must be made with their relation to the implant site: vital blood vessel location, nerve location, maxillary sinus, and soft tissue spaces. Implants in the maxilla should not puncture the sinus unless sinus augmentation is performed.

The treatment cost of 1 day dental implants includes the facility fee, physician’s fee, related medical procedures, and drugs required to administer the plan of care. Not included are diagnostic studies, consultations with additional specialists, and cost of complication management; travel, food, and lodging.
