3. Constipation – Increase your fiber (fruits, vegetables, and whole grains) for constipation relief. Be sure to drink 6-8 glasses of water. Also, it’s always a good idea to walk 20-30 minutes a day to get your digestive system moving properly.

Another way to bring relief from heartburn, diarrhea, and constipation is to perform the lite exercise, a simple walk, or yoga movements. These moves can help relieve the discomfort and move the digestive system along.
